The drill: walk past the tanks, point at what you want (a kg of king prawns ~150 RMB, fresh lobster ~400 RMB, oysters by the dozen ~80 RMB), pick a cooking method (steamed with ginger-scallion is Cantonese classic, stir-fried with black bean, deep-fried with chili and garlic), and they'll bring it to your table within 30 min. The view is the bay; Hong Kong's New Territories are visible on a clear day. Per-person 150-300 RMB depending on order. Most restaurants take Visa/Master + Alipay. Reservation Friday-Saturday recommended; weekday walk-in is fine.
