Corrections & content issues
If you spot wrong information — outdated visa rules, closed POI, broken transit fare, mislabeled photo, expired affiliate link — please tell us. We aim to fix in 24 hours and add a dated note when a fact materially changes.
Include the URL and a one-line description of what's wrong; that's enough.
Partnerships & press
If you represent a tourism board, an affiliate program, an OTA (Trip.com / Klook / Booking / Agoda / Skyscanner / Airalo / VPN provider / travel insurance), or a media outlet, please write with:
- Your name, role, organization, and one line of context
- What you'd like to propose (link, sponsorship, press inquiry, etc.)
- Any deadline you're working against

City requests
Wish a Chinese city were on MapTrip? The current roster: Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Chongqing, Shenzhen, Xi'an, Hangzhou. Suggestions for the next one — Suzhou? Lijiang? Harbin? Wuhan? — go in the same inbox.
Bug reports & tech feedback
Something broken in the trip planner, map, or AI sanity-check? Screenshot + URL + browser is enough. We deploy fixes daily.
Hours and response time
- General reply:24-48 hours (faster if it's a time-sensitive correction)
- Partnership / press: 3-5 business days for full review
- Weekend / holidays: slower, but still read
Mailing address
We don't maintain a physical mailing address — the project is digital-first. If you need one for invoicing or legal purposes, please email and we'll provide a forwarding address.
Privacy
Anything you send by email is read only by the human running MapTrip and is never resold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing unless you explicitly opt in. See the Privacy Policy for the full version.
